The Italian scooter manufacturer Italjet has showcased its upcoming India-bound scooter lineup, Dragster 300, Dragster 459 and Dragster 700, at EICMA 2026. These scooters look like they belong in the Tron universe, thanks to their futuristic and unconventional designs. While the styling might not appeal to everyone, sci-fi movie fans are likely to love these scooters, which are set to make their way to the Indian market.
Dragster 300

The Dragster 300 is the entry-level scooter from Italjet; powering it is a 278 cc liquid-cooled engine that pushes out 23.8 PS and 26 Nm. It gets a single-arm front suspension, which is adjustable; the rear is taken care of by a link-type monoshock. Braking hardware includes Brembo brakes, with a 240 mm front disc and a 175 mm rear disc. Dual-channel ABS is standard. It gets a seat height of 770 mm and an 11-litre fuel tank.
Dragster 459

The Dragster 459 gets a 449 cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, which makes 47.58 PS and 41 Nm. It gets premium hardware such as a fully adjustable Marzocchi inverted fork with a rear monoshock. It rolls on 15-inch wheels at both ends wrapped in Pirelli tyres. It gets Brembo dual front disc brakes and a single rear disc. Additionally, the scooter comes with dual-channel ABS and traction control as standard.
Dragster 700

The Dragster 700 is the meanest and most aggressive-looking scooter of the three. It gets a 698 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 70 PS and 70 Nm. It also gets a fully adjustable Marzocchi inverted fork and shares its underpinnings with its smaller sibling, the Dragster 459. This is the most powerful scooter amongst the trio, and is also one of the most tech-loaded.
India Launch Details and Timelines
The brand will enter the Indian market through Motohaus India, which currently has Brixton Motorcycles and VLF (Velocifero) under its umbrella. Italjet will make its official Indian debut at India Bike Week in December 2026, with the three scooters arriving one after another. The brand will assemble its scooters at Motohaus' Kolhapur factory. However, India-specific prices and availability details are yet to be announced, while deliveries are likely to begin by mid-2027.
