The new KTM 390 Adventure will get the same TFT dash as the KTM 390 Duke but is mounted higher up like the consoles on rally bikes

The 2024 KTM 390 Adventure is one of the hotly anticipated bikes of this year and we have now spotted it being tested on Indian roads for the second time.

In the video, we can see that the upcoming ADV gets an underslung exhaust like the one on the KTM 390 Duke. It gets a inverted fork and monoshock suspension setup. The front-end of the bike looks quite aggressive with the beak-like high-rise fender while the tail section is quite sleek. It seems like the upcoming ADV gets the same TFT instrument console as that of the 390 Duke’s but it is mounted quite high above the handlebar, like the ones we see on a rally bike. The wheel setup in the video looks like a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear.

Like we said the last time the ADV was spotted in India, KTM India could be working on bringing in different variants of the ADV based on wheel sizes and types, like a 19-inch, a 17-inch and a 21-inch front wheel version. The front brake caliper seems to be mounted axially and the ADV could come equipped with cruise control on top of all the features the 390 Duke gets. As the 390 Adventure is based on its naked sibling, it will be powered by the same all-new 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 46PS and 39Nm.

The upcoming KTM 390 Adventure is expected to be unveiled globally at EICMA 2024 and then launched in India by the end of the year or early 2025. It is expected to get a price tag in the Rs 3.5 - 3.6 lakh (ex-showroom) range and will rival the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the upcoming Hero XPulse 400.
