That would depend on how you want to use it. The new Jawa is good for cities, it is light weight, agile and has a powerful engine(27 bhp) but it is not very good for long rides. RE on rhe other hand is heavy and is better suited for long rides. It is not as agile as the jawa but can run in thw city with ease once you get used to it. As fat as sound is concerned the jawa is nothing close to RE. Jawa has far less vibrations than the RE. Hope this helps.
