Q. For riding in Chennai City r15v3 is good or Thunderbird 350X?
  • R15v3
  • It's Simple Yamaha R15 V3 is best in Chennai City
  • The R15 has always had a singular focus. Performance. That leads to compromise in other aspects like ergonomics. Its sporty riding position comes courtesy of an 815mm high rider seat (up by 15mm over the v2). Despite the taller seat, we did not have an issue placing both feet on the ground. The riding position has become more aggressive and while it worked well on the track, riding in the city for an extended period did leave a minor discomfort in our wrists and upper back. Other than the clip-on, which now feels lower, the low-set footpegs are comfortable and the rest of the bike too didn't give us any reason to complain. You do need to be careful while taking U-turns though as the bars come pretty close to the fuel tank, and your hand getting too close to your knee during full lock does cause some issues. Especially on right-hand U-turns, it’s rather difficult to open the throttle as your wrist is resting on the tank at full lock. On the other hand, the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X has been discontinued and is not available for sale in the market. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and riding comfort. Q. Confused between Honda Dio BS6 and Hero Pleasure Plus Platinum. Which one should I go for?
  • Honda dio
  • Selecting the right scooter would depend on several factors such as your budget preference on the segment, features required, engine options, brand preference, etc. With its sharp styling, the Honda Dio remains a popular scooter among the youth. The new addition of features has increased its appeal further, while the new cycle parts make it a better scooter to ride than before. However, it is an expensive offering for a 110cc scooter. Honda Dio is powered by a 109.51 cc engine. This Dio engine generates a power of 7.76 PS @ 8000 rpm and a torque of 9 Nm @ 4750 rpm. On the other hand, Hero Pleasure Plus is powered by a 110.9 cc engine. This Pleasure Plus engine generates a power of 8.1 PS @ 7000 rpm and a torque of 8.7 Nm @ 5500 rpm. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test drive before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership.
Q. My height is 5.2 feet, which is better Dominar 250 or Yamaha R15 V3?
  • You may have to tip-toe the bike while moving the bike around in the parking lot or in stop-and-go traffic. Moreover
  • As per your requirements, we would suggest you to go with the Bajaj Dominar 250. The sports tourer offers a seat height of 800mm which is fairly accessible, however, you may have to tip-toe the bike while moving the bike around in the parking lot or in stop-and-go traffic. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
