I also owned this car very nice car very comfortable car. I like this car because this car is very comfortable.

Drive comfort

The drive comfort in passat is awesome.The car interiors and the ambience is really really good.I feel the legacy of this car.Worst part is its maintenance, But still i feel its spending on it.The body built is heavy and there will not any kind of vibration even in a top speed.I love my passat so much.

  • It would be unfair to give a verdict here as the resale value of any vehicle would depend on certain factors such as the physical condition, kilometers driven, number of owners, engine's health, etc.
  • 6 to 7 lakhs if in good condition

  • Sir firstly decide which segment you want to buy, sedan, hachback or SUV

  • Passat costs not less than 35 lakhs for the higher end model. But its worth the cost when we compare with AUDI, BMW & Mercedes Benz
  • If used car and budget 20 lacs go for Toyota Camry Hybrid , Honda accord is also good from maintenance cost point followed by Passat, Even Skoda Superb is good.
  • No not the 2018 model. Not worth the price

  • Depends on where you want to drive. Passat is comfortable and very good for city driving as well as highways. Tiguan is a soft roader all wheel drive vehicle, It is good for off-road driving, on the snowy roads on rough roads and for hill driving, more versatile than Passat

Q. I am planning to Own a used Passat 2010 Model Diesel is it worth buying. how about Maintenance cost?
  • Always go for new car, even if your budget is currently less, try saving for another few months and go for a new car appropriate for your budget. Used cars will never give you comfort.
  • 2010 is too old to buy unless you want to use it for another 2-3 years only. Vehicle is good but service with authorised service is costly. Buy if you have a good mechanic known to you.
  • If its before 2015 model. It's a terrific car as all those were Imported European models. Cost varies from 8000 to 12k. Highly recommend. Worth every Penny.
