Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid Warranty User Reviews

My suggestion is really don't buy the fascino scooter 125 bs6 version. There is a part called ECU that works as a switch for electric current is pathetic if you don't use your scooter for more than 1 or 2 weeks then your ECU will get damaged or if mice bite that wire connected to ECU, then again you need to replace the ECU part which cost rs.10000 is not affordable at all, so be assured to take the risk while purchasing fascino 125, I am suffering from this that's why upset to put this review.

Very bed experience.Just completion of warranty period of battery destroyed.During purchase of new, I came to know that in invoice it was mentioned exide make with battery number and in actual it was of tata make and looked like used.God know how many parts will there inside?.When i talked to showroom and upper level, Got very bed response.Service is very bed and people response even showroom after purchased very bed.Suggested to think before it.Look wise it is batter but running & operation cost is very high.

Please don't opt for yamaha bikes.Service reception is very poor and customer care center doesn't answer to the customer concerns, It is just like a repeated informatioon - look into the service manual for all service issues.Dealer/customer care informs that there is no warranty/gurantee for any parts other than engine - even for engine the warranty is valuable only if the vehicle is serviced at their authorised service centre.

I bought yamaha fascino in december 2021, And its battery down in 6 months.When i approched service centre, They said it will take minimum 5-10 days to replace battery in warranty period and i have to keep scooter at service centre during this period.This was difficult for me as i have to ride 70 km to work place in my scooter everyday and there was no other travel options available.Really disappointed by yamaha's response.
