Price: The Royal Enfield Bear 650 is available at prices starting from Rs 3.39 lakh. The Boardwalk White colour scheme costs Rs 3.39 lakh while the Petrol Green and Wild Honey colours cost Rs 3.44 lakh. The Golden Shadow is priced at Rs 3.51 lakh and the Two Four Nine is priced at Rs 3.59 lakh (all prices ex-showroom Chennai).

Features: The Royal Enfield Bear 650 has a TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity for Google Maps navigation, call and SMS as well as music controls. It also has a USB charging port.

Engine: The Royal Enfield Bear 650 is powered by a 648cc, inline twin-cylinder engine producing 47.4PS at 7,150rpm and 56.5Nm at 5,150rpm. It is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.

Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: The Bear 650’s suspension setup comprises a 43mm inverted fork with 130mm wheel travel and twin shock absorbers with 115mm wheel travel. It has a 320mm disc brake at the front and a 270mm disc brake at the rear with switchable dual-channel ABS available as standard. The bike has a 100-section front tyre with a 19-inch wheel and a 140-section rear tyre with a 17-inch wheel. The scrambler has a wheelbase of 1,460mm, ground clearance of 184mm, kerb weight of 216kg (quite heavy for a scrambler, on paper), and a fuel tank capacity of 13.7 litres.
