Honda has launched a new Celebration Edition for the Honda Amaze and the Honda Mobilio in India. The new cars are to celebrate the festive season which is just around the corner in India. The Celebration Editions are not however available on the Honda Jazz, Honda Brio and the ever popular Honda City although we believe most of these will eventually be offered with this kit too.
The Honda Amaze and the Honda Mobilio Celebration Edition is available only on the most popular colors, i.e. Taffeta White and Orchid White Pearl. The kit will include new body decals and an emblem to denote the celebration edition. The new cars will also get some premium interior upholstery, steering wheel covers, floor mats and even a set of seat pillows.
The Celebration Edition kit will be available for all the variants across the Honda Amaze and the Honda Mobilio range and will be priced at Rs 12,476 for the Amaze and Rs 16,820 for the Mobilio. Expect a limited number of these kits to be sold in India. Although these kits are an easy way to boost sales, we would ideally like to see manufacturers like Honda offers a lot more, like a new set of alloy wheels or a body kit in addition to the stickers and interior accessories.
