Castrol Launches ‘Power 1 Cruise’ Engine Oil In India

Castrol announced the launch of ‘Power 1 Cruise’ engine oil which they have developed for cruiser/ tourer motorcycles. According to Castrol, this new oil has been made to suit longer rides. Usually, on prolonged rides, bikes tend to heat up and feel sluggish, while excessive friction does take away some engine power. The ‘Power 1 Cruise’ helps manage the heat and friction. 

The engine oil meets the requirements of the API SL and JASO MA2 standards which makes it suitable for all four-stroke carburetted or fuel-injected motorcycles which require SAE 15W-50 4T viscometrics. The oil is developed to provide enhanced acceleration and performance. The Castrol ‘Power 1 Cruise’ is a part of the ‘Power 1’ series which is used in performance motorcycles including Moto GP bikes. 

The ‘Power 1 Cruise’ is available in a 2.5L pack at all Castrol bike points along with all the leading auto spare parts and lubricants shops at an introductory price of Rs 999. Castrol is a part of the BP group and has been in the lubrication and greases industries for over 100 years.
