Rynox Launches Dual-Sport ADV Riding Gear With Class AA CE Certification

Rynox has expanded its adventure riding lineup with the launch of the Outlander Pro Jacket and Pants, its first dual-sport ADV riding gear. The new gear stands out for offering Class AA CE certification for the entire garment, not just the protectors. The jacket is priced at Rs 12,950, while the pants cost Rs 10,950.

Class AA Certification For The Entire Garment

The Outlander Pro riding gear is certified under CE Standard EN 17092-3:2020, which evaluates the complete garment rather than just its armour. This certification means the jacket and pants have been tested for impact energy absorption, abrasion resistance, seam strength, tear strength, dimensional stability, and overall ergonomics.

The gear also comes equipped with CE Level 2 protectors. The jacket gets protectors at the shoulders, elbows, back, and chest, while the pants feature Level 2 protection at the hips and knees, along with a pocket for an optional tailbone protector.

Adaptive Motion Technology For Flexibility

One of the key highlights of the Outlander Pro gear is Rynox’s Adaptive Motion Technology, which uses 4-way stretch nylon and 4-way stretch polyester panels across the garment. According to the brand, this construction allows the fabric to flex and recover in multiple directions, helping improve rider mobility.

The jacket also features a “Cinchless Fit System”, which eliminates conventional Velcro adjusters and relies on the stretch construction to maintain the fit. The idea is to reduce bunching or stiffness often associated with heavily protected riding gear.

Touring-Focused Features

The Outlander Pro jacket and pants come with several features aimed at long-distance riding. The jacket includes multiple cargo pockets, a waterproof pocket, a rear stash pocket, and hydration bladder compatibility with dual-sided hose pass-throughs.

Other elements include ventilation panels for airflow, reflective trims for visibility, and a jacket-to-pants connection zipper designed to keep the gear in place during a slide.

With the Outlander Pro, Rynox adds a new dual-sport ADV-focused option to its product lineup. This makes it a practical option for riders who want a single riding setup that works on long highway stretches as well as dirt trails, without needing to change gear once they leave the tarmac and head off-road.
