As evident from the reel, these tyres are studded with nails. At first glance, it may appear that these could puncture the tyres, but they are actually designed to cut and dig through ice to provide grip, especially when sliding over it. 

While this may seem like a rather straightforward solution, it comes at a cost of around one lakh rupees for a set of four tyres. Sure, it is expensive, but it is indeed far more effective than snow chains.
