Gets a sporty-looking coupe design and improved aerodynamics
Features a 100 kWh battery pack, along with a smaller 83 kWh battery pack
Offers a claimed range of up to 647 kms
In its sportiest iteration, it goes from 0-100 kmph in just 4.3 seconds
Expected to launch in India in 2025
Audi has globally unveiled the Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron, ahead of the Paris Motor Show where it will be showcased first. It comes in the coupe bodystyle for improved aerodynamics which gives it a higher claimed range than its SUV version. Globally, it is offered with multiple powertrain options featuring two battery packs, and gets a load of features. Since the standard Q6 e-tron is coming to India early next year, there are chances that Audi will launch the sportback version as well.
Here is a detailed look at what the Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron:
The overall design of the Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron has a sporty appeal to it. The front portion is aggressively styled featuring sleek LED DRLs and a large grille with hexagonal inserts and a blacked-out Audi logo. The sloping roofline further accentuates the sporty quotient.

From the rear, the LED tail lights have been revised minutely and span across the width of the car. The sloping roof merges neatly into the tailgate which comes with a lip spoiler. To further amp up the sportines, you also get a shark fin antenna.

Audi has also made the Sportback variant 37 mm lower than the SUV one, which further adds to its sporty appeal.
The Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron’s interior remains similar to the standard version, but comes in a sportier looking dark theme. The dashboard design and layout remains the same, but you get a new design for the steering wheel. If you want a detailed look at the dashboard’s design, you can head over to our story on the standard Q6 e-tron.

The key features include a 11.9-inch digital driver’s display, a 14.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.9-inch optional passenger screen, a 20-speaker Bang & Olufsen Premium sound system, and a host of ADAS features. Additionally, you also get an AI-supported digital assistant.
The new Q6 Sportback e-tron is available with two battery pack options: 100 kWh and 83 kWh. It is based on Audi’s Premium Platform Electric (PPE) platform, and is being offered with both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive setups.
It offers a claimed range of up to 647 km, which is a jump of 6 km when compared to the standard Q6 e-tron. This increase in range is due to the aerodynamic silhouette which also improved the drag coefficient from 0.28 to 0.26. Furthermore, the suspension components have also been tweaked slightly for an improved ride and better handling.
