Ampere has unveiled the Xyber concept electric motorcycle at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The electric motorcycle could launch in India soon. 

Design

The Ampere Xyber Concept motorcycle gets a very modern and clean looking design. The angular headlight and the clean side panels which engulf the upper half of the motorcycle looks very appealing. The battery is located underneath the rider’s seat and from the looks of it, is a liquid-cooled unit. The split-seat setup enhances the overall appeal of the electric bike. 

Battery, Performance and Underpinnings

While Ampere has not revealed the battery specifications of the Xyber concept, the battery supports fast charging. The battery will be a LFP unit and will deliver a claimed range of up to 200km on a single charge; no word on the battery capacity yet. The battery is paired to a 10kW electric motor which propels the scooter to a claimed top-speed of 100kmph. The bike gets an inverted telescopic fork and a monoshock, braking is handled by disc brakes at both ends. For safety, the Ampere Xyber Concept gets ABS, however the brand hasn’t specified whether it is single-channel or dual-channel. 

Features

The Ampere Xyber gets a TFT display with full Google Maps navigation, a speedometer, battery state of charge, range available, and the ride mode. The TFT display is also able to connect to a smartphone via Bluetooth to show call/SMS alerts and control music. It also has LED lighting all-round. 

Expected Launch Date and Rivals

The Ampere Xyber Concept is expected to launch by the end of this year and once launched, it will go against the Raptee T 30 and the Revolt RV400 in India.
