First Things First - The New Launches

Mercedes has lined up 10 new launches under the Mercedes-Benz, all-electric EQ, performance-oriented AMG, and the luxurious Maybach brands. In fact, Martin Schwenk, MD & CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, has confirmed that the Maybach S-Class and all-electric EQS will be introduced in 2022.

The Maybach S-Class, set to be launched in March 2022, pampers you with an opulent in-cabin experience. Focus has been given to the rear seats and occupants are treated to twin individual seats with a calf massage functionality, topped by champagne glasses. But the highlight, without a doubt, has to be the all-electric EQS, which will be launched in the fourth quarter this year. Apart from that, the new C-Class and more models from the EQ sub brand are expected to come this year.

Customer Centricity - YOU First

The German carmaker will also bring customer centricity under the spotlight by introducing the ‘You First’ strategy this year. Showrooms will also be updated to provide a more luxurious feel to the customer.

More AMG performance centres are also in the pipeline to expand the performance brand in the country. And speaking of expansion, Mercedes-Benz is looking to focus on its used car business by bringing in an additional volume of 1,200 to 1,300 units this year.

The carmaker is also looking forward to curating special experiences and events for more customer interest and pull.
