Duke 250 because of its Performance and engine. In long drives your engine heats up fast and you need a engine cooler which RE does not provide and Duke 250 have Liquid cooling system which cools down temperature of engine faster and on RE cruising on 100KMPH is like going on a vibrator and on Duke 250 you can preserve better speeds and can cruise on 100-120 without any problems so as per my opinion go for Duke 250.

What all of them have messed up here between duke and classic 350 if you are really a long tour rider blindly close your eyes and go for RE THUNDERBIRD 350 which is both a cruiser and a sporty tourer class bike

Royal Enfield classic 350, because the engine power of Royal Enfield better than duke . Cruiser bike better for long ride, and highly weight bike is good for long ride ,so Royal Enfield classic 350 is better.

Go for RE 350, best for long rides , very stable on road and comfortable with good powerful engine.

Both are different segment bikes . If You are performance oriented then Duke , If retro the RE.
