The Jawa has a 300 cc liquid cooled fuel injection engine. The seat height is lower than the RE Classic 350. If modern technology, lower seat height, fuel efficiency are your top priorities, the Jawa is for you. However, there has been a lot of talk recently about rust issues on the Jawa. Of course this is being addressed by the company, but it is something to be aware of. Also, Jawa being very new to the market, their support infrastructure is still sparse compared to RE. If you want an old school, retro looking machine with a rich heritage, the Classic 350 is for you. Although the engine is still carbureted as opposed to fuel injected, it is a tried and true setup. Also, there are a lot of mechanics out there who know how to work on the RE, simply because it has been around so long. The fuel efficiency is not bad either, for such a heavy machine ( it weighs about 192 kg). And then there’s the thump - the signature sound that announces the arrival of a Royal Enfield. To many riders, that is a very endearing trait. By comparison, there is nothing very distinctive about the Jawa sound. Also, there are a lot more customization options available for the RE. As far as the vibration issue is concerned, yes, the RE will vibrate more at high speeds, and the Jawa won’t. But the RE is not meant be be ridden hard. It is a cruiser, ideal for relaxed weekend getaways and commutes to the office through thick traffic. To summarize, both motorcycles are good, and will serve you well if you take good care of them. It all depends on what you like. Follow your heart and get the one that calls out your name! Safe and happy riding. Oh, and regardless of what you buy, please, always wear your helmet!

Not now let jawa prove itself in roads properly. Because lots of delay in launching poor service support. Jawa is just a hype nothing more . 24 years ago i owned old jawa & driven it for thousands of KM . It will thrill me every time i touch the handle bar & pump it to alive the engine. The exhaust thump & interval between the next thump is wonderful. Flick & Kick is a experience . I used to get mileage around 30 kmpl to 35 kmpl. Now to coming new jawa . I have driven new jawa with imaginations for more than 250 km i got mileage of 18 kmpl. Engine is powerful till 110 km/hr then it straining to climb speed with vibrations & becomes too noisy .The exhaust sound is like hero splendor bike. There are lots of welding visually seen around new jawa . They recreated visibly old jawa . Visually good bike. I didn"t get moved or ringed & impressed while riding.I never need a bike for visual pleasure.I prefer RE 350 segment & RE 350 thunderbird is good choice.Jawa company has production & Quality issues in bikes when they sort it out they will expand extensively. Now current RE models vibration has been minimized massively . Go for RE signal

Vibrations are a charecter of Classic 350 or most REs for that matter. the only one that does not have it is the interseptor. But Comparing it to Jawa, you can choose RE anyday. Jawa is not a classic bike or retro bike. its just a modern engine (of MOJO) with a JAWA skin.
