  • Q. I am planning for a bike. I am not a off road enthusiast but I am planning to buy Himalayan for it comfortable position, smooth engine and horsey look. But Honda CB350 is making me feel like it is right bike for me. Can you suggest better bike of these two (ofcourse they are different segments but I meant built quality vise and other stuff like that).

Along with brilliant off-roading credentials, the Royal Enfield Himalayan offers spot on ergonomics for touring, taller ground clearance and is a great city slicker too. On the other hand, the latest offering from Honda, the Hness CB350 offers a more refined engine, premium quality underpinnings and a good list of features. It would be a better pick for you if you are looking for a bike old-school charm with modern traits. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of comfort and compatibility. • Q. I want to buy a bike by which I can do city ride as well as touring compatible bike in which I can do little bit offbeat trail too.I am confused between Meteor 350 and Himalayan and H'ness 350. I'm not looking for High speed cruising (90-110kmph cruising speed will be enough). Also, decent cornering ability will be enough. However, I am confused because of Himalayan's chasis breaking and heating issue, Meteor's seating posture and H'ness's stiff suspension. I am currently using Honda 125cc bike. which one would be better upgrade?

As per your requirements, we'd suggest you to go for the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Over the years, RE has ironed out the majority of issues from the Himalayan. The pliant suspension, high ground clearance, and healthy torque output make for an empowering proposition in the city. The Himalayan is not only a great city slicker, it offers brilliant cruising and off-road credentials like the long-travel suspension and tall ground clearance. The spot-on off-road ergonomics, allowing the rider to knee-grip the tank naturally, with an effortless reach to the handlebar, add to the Himalayan’s comfort and confidence to venture into the unknown. Whether it’s carrying you down the highway at a steady cruise or pulling you out of slush under pouring rain, the engine always feels up to the job. The Himalayan BS6 is a well-rounded package that is now just that little bit better than before. It’s a nice motorcycle to tour the country on, and even if you don’t actually do so, it makes you look like the sort of person who does so with regularity. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link andselect your desired city for dealer.Read more -Royal Enfield Himalayan BS6: Road Test Review.

I have clocked 1680kms on my himmy and i can cross my heart and say i am simply in love with the motorcycle and her characteristics.I test rode a few motorcycles before pulling the trigger on the new 2021 himalayan, I like to go fast but the himalayan made me realise how long can you actually go fast in indian roads? i still manage to happily cruise at around 110-120 without breaking a sweat, Once you understand the motorcycle's quirks she will put a smile on your face everytime you ride her.Not the fastest adv out there, Nor the tech savvy, But when you make her climb the twisty mountains she will ask you to wring the throttle harder. She gets more punchier if you are on higher altitude say 5000ft+, The ecu engine mapping is really smart and aces in managing heat, It's simple and beautiful.Durable and trouble free i rode her hard sometimes and even dropped her once in a trail it's so sturdy that nothing broke, Not even a scratch just the mirrors came loose.A machine to fall in love with.

Amazing bike for long distances, Not so good for city rides.I rarely go into the city and when ever i go into heavy traffic it heats up like a stove.I'm still using it because of its seating comfort, Suspension and super strong build quality.Only things that gets damaged if the bike falls are rear view mirrors and signal lights.
