- Both the cars are good in their forte. The new Gurkha comes with the older 2.6-litre turbo-diesel motor and not the newer 2.2-litre diesel which the old car got in its last stages. However, the 2.6-litre motor has been upgraded to meet BS6 norms. Force also claims to have heavily reworked the motor to improve refinement and power. Although they have managed to bump up the power on this engine, it still makes a not-so-thrilling 91PS and 250Nm. This lack of versatility is evident in the way the new Gurkha tackles our roads too. At low speeds, the ride quality will surprise you with its plushness. The soft suspension has the ability to gulp the worst road imaginable and while doing so the suspension remains silent. Even for such a tall and heavy vehicle, side to side motion is well controlled. But tackle not so perfect roads at speeds above 50kmph and the Gurkha’s dynamic envelope falls apart. On the other hand, This mStallion petrol paired with the 6-speed auto box was the pick of the engine combinations we’ve experienced in the Thar. It’s smooth and refined in the city and packs a heck of a punch when you push the go pedal. There’s plenty of torque from the petrol motor too so though we didn't test it, it’s sure to perform just as amicably in the off-road environment as well. The Thar's appeal and promise to take you on great adventures is a big draw but living with it everyday will still ask you to make many compromises. As a second car or for those who just need the utility of the 4x4 the Thar’s appeal is undeniable. For a better understanding of compatibility and driving comfort, we would suggest you to take a test drive. - Yes driving sonet diesel IMT since one year. Driven 26k so far without any problems.
- For me, always Gurkha
- Selecting the right car would depend on several factors such as your budget preference on the segment, features required, cabin space, engine options, brand preference, etc. If you are looking for an SUV with extreme off-roading capabilities then Force Motors Gurkha would be a great pick. Force Motors Gurkha is currently available in a Diesel engine. The 2596 cc Diesel engine generates a power of 89.84bhp@3200rpm and torque of 250Nm@1400-2400rpm. On the other hand, Neo's promise is simple on purpose, offering go-anywhere ruggedness, with a compact sub-4m footprint that promises to be economical to own and maintain. Mahindra Bolero Neo is currently available in a Diesel engine. The 1493 cc Diesel engine generates a power of 100bhp@3750rpm and torque of 260nm@1750-2250rpm. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test drive before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership.
- Definitely
- Both cars are good in their forte. MG has gone for a cleaner philosophy, which is evident in the lack of clutter around the new front bumper and the axing of the faux front grille. Other than that, the 17-inch alloy wheels get a new design, the headlights and tail lamps are from the Astor, and the rear bumper has a distinct look. Also, black and grey join the paint options on the Astor alongside red and white. But the trademark blue has been taken out. Under the good is where the juicy changes are at. It is now powered by a 176PS electric powertrain, a 33PS jump over the pre-facelift model’s 143PS setup. It is also now coupled with a larger 50.3kWh battery pack in place of the 44kWh unit. Of course, this translates to a claimed range of 461km, which is 42km better than the pre-facelift model’s 419km (claimed). On the other hand, The Nexon’s balance of ride comfort, backseat space, and boot space has made it a fantastic pick as the family car. The EV has managed to retain these values. The floor height for the rear bench and the 350-litre boot space is unchanged. This has been achieved by packing the 30.2kWh batteries underneath the car, resulting in a 4mm drop in ground clearance to a still-healthy 205mm. The Nexon EV makes the leap that we have been awaiting from Tata Motors. It is appealing and polished, with no ifs and buts. The plastics felt good and the finish was consistent too. Everything worked as expected, if not better. The only niggles we could find was that in sunlight, we couldn’t see which mode was selected on the drive mode selector because of the weak backlight. A 300km real-world range and a higher top speed would have cemented the Nexon as the EV to beat. The Nexon EV is expected to be priced between Rs 15 lakh to Rs 17 lakh, but state government subsidies and rebates would bring it in line with its ICE-equipped siblings and in a position to make EVs the new normal. For a better understanding of compatibility and driving comfort, we would suggest you to take a test drive. Follow the link and select your city accordingly for dealership details.

GurkhaForce compete
It surely the purpose built off road.It is amazing both in performance and looks. It feels good, And has one hell of a road presence. Its is the only car in market with manual differential locking ability.Love the color it comes in.The only issue is its too expensive. It is in the price range of harrier and compass. How can force compete in off road segment when the price of a purpose built off road car is as same as of mid range semi-luxury vehicles. Why so expensive force.

ZS EVMG ZS EV: My Electrifying Companion
After months of observation I finally decided to make the switch to electric and bought the MG ZS EV. My journey with this car has been quite a revelation. However living in India the rare charging infrastructure does pose a challenge planning long trips requires a bit more effort. Additionally while the interiors are spacious and comfortable the plastic quality could have been better considering it is price point. Overall the MG ZS EV has changed my daily commute making it eco friendlier.

ZS EVdrive to the zenith
MG ZS EV is a sport utility vehicle. I feel the price range of this vehicle is a bit high and expensive around 18-20 lakhs. But since its an electric vehicle, the price has to be around that much. The looks are amazing, quite classy and turns heads on roads. It is an electric car model, with 5 doors and has a powerful battery which takes 9 hours to charge and provides a good range of distance.

ZS EVfor you to ride your own way
The.MG ZS EV provides a good pick-up (enjoyable to drive) and handles well on city streets and decent on highways. It is the love most attracting car in my car collections most of the people ask about its features . It has a stylish and modern design with a panoramic sunroof (sharp exterior). The comfort is the key features of this car it has comfortable seats for most passengers, but front leg space is uncomfortable for three adults (good for families of four)
