Premium features and comfort loaded

According to me Volvo XC 90 is the best premium car in SUV class from all other car brands. the premium feeling it gives while riding is amazing. it comes with a premium interior which is very spacious and all the material used is also premium. safety wise also this car has exceeded the expectations. It's quite pricey but the feeling this car gives makes it worth it.

Powerful luxury SUV

It is also a very safe SUV with top notch safety features and the body controls are superb with an extremely impressive performance and the comfort level is very high. The engine is very powerful and the interior has a sleek and modern look, but using the touchscreen requires some effort.

Volvo XC90: A Family Road Trip Dream

After purchasing the Volvo XC90, our family could not wait to take it out on a road trip. We packed our bags and hit the road from Delhi to Shimla. This luxury SUV did not disappoint. The 2.0L Turbocharged engine, delivered 316 horsepower and handled the hilly area roads beautifully.The spacious interior kept everyone comfortable for the eight hour journey. The kids loved the infotainment system and my wife appreciated the heated seats.

XC90 2014-2025 Key Highlights

Features: The Volvo XC90 features a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 19-speaker Bower and Wilkins sound system, a PM2.5 air filter, heated front seats with massage function, a wireless phone charger, a panoramic sunroof, and a 12.3-inch driver's display. Safety is taken care of by multiple airbags, lane keep assist, hill start assist, blind spot detection, tyre pressure monitoring, and park assist with a 360-degree camera. As with all Volvos, the XC90 gets a host of autonomous driving features like rear collision warning, lane keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control.

Engine: Volvo offers the XC90 with two powertrains: 300PS/420Nm mild-hybrid petrol (B6 Inscription) and 303PS/400Nm plug-in hybrid motor (Recharge). Both come paired with an 8-speed automatic and an all-wheel drivetrain. In terms of performance, the mild-hybrid makes the 0-100kmph sprint within 6.7 seconds, while the plug-in hybrid does the job in 5.8 seconds. Both have an electronically limited top speed of 180kmph. The XC90 is 4953mm long, 2140mm wide, 1773mm tall, and it has a 2984mm wheelbase.

Rivals: The Volvo XC90 takes on the likes of the Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5, and the facelifted Audi Q7.

Variants: The Volvo XC90 comes in two trims: B6 Inscription and Recharge (Plug-in Hybrid). The SUV is available in four colour options: Crystal Pearl White, Onyx Black, Pine Grey, and Denim Blue.
