Vida V1 Service User Reviews

Very bad experience.Life has become hell after purchasing vida v1 pro.While purchasing they promised to deliver everything at ease.Battery backup has degraded after 6 months of purchase.Now they are not ready to give service as they promised.They asked to visit 40 km away service center which according to them is only service center but customer care has shared 10-15 service center locations and as per their instructions visited few locations and denied for servicing vehicle.Even after their failed promises i had compromised to their terms, But are failed to give a small effort.Feeling mentally tortured as i have become their s***e after purchasing vechicle worth 1.63 lakhs.This has been more than 3 months and yet vehicle is in very bad shape and yet they are unable to provide any solution.

Driving balance and ergonomic comfort are as same as pleasure, Smooth pickup and controlled braking makes it cherry on the cake for rider.Spacious boot area and removable battery solves a lot of problem of daily commuter.Perfect for 100km per day riders with trust of hero service centre network.

The bike by itself is good.Mediocre range.One of the plus points being the removable batterys but the app crashes a lot especially whilst using the maps feature and the ignition and trunk buttons have gone to dogshit even before the very first service.Kinda dissapointed ngl.

Suspensions are very good, Which makes riding comfortable.Best thing is the removable battery and worst thing is the top speed of only 80km/h.Overall look, Build quality, Pickup speed and comfort is very good.After sale service is not bad.

Please don't buy this vehicle service not good, Third class service in peenya brunch third class behavior & customer care be not good, No urgent response ignition battery not genuine

Wrench symbol start blinking after first service, Also an issue with limp mode not resolved yet by the service centre, Can any body tell what to do?
