Very bad experience.Life has become hell after purchasing vida v1 pro.While purchasing they promised to deliver everything at ease.Battery backup has degraded after 6 months of purchase.Now they are not ready to give service as they promised.They asked to visit 40 km away service center which according to them is only service center but customer care has shared 10-15 service center locations and as per their instructions visited few locations and denied for servicing vehicle.Even after their failed promises i had compromised to their terms, But are failed to give a small effort.Feeling mentally tortured as i have become their s***e after purchasing vechicle worth 1.63 lakhs.This has been more than 3 months and yet vehicle is in very bad shape and yet they are unable to provide any solution.

I have booked vida v1 plus and paid full amount this month 17 may 2023 they promised 15 days deliver.Today they call and informed it be will delayed and for refund 1 week time they are taking.In flipkart rs 15000/- instant discount available.That option not available in vida website.Very bad experience with vida.Hope its big failure for them.

Very bad experience.So many issues in this vehicle and hero is unable to resolve it.I purchased this vehicle 6 months back and sadly it has broken thrice.I am getting very often limp mode in this and fluctuation in range i feel cheated.
