I own okinawa praise plus it's been close to 2 years.The after sales service is very bad in mangalore.The service centere is not even owned the company it is owned by third part and even the parts are genuin they it's genuin parts but it's not.My scooter throttle was change it has the company name has been mentioned and it's not okinawa it has diffrent company name and in just one day i am having problems with throttle.I have changed the tires as well after which sounds has stared to come which was their mistake yet they it's controller problem and quote 50, 000₹.

Please do not buy okinawa praise pro i bought this in 15 oct 2021 giving me too much problem like it gets automatically off on double sitalso twice i have changed its converter part but still it is failing, So no headlight, Horn, Indicator is workingonly bike getting start and stopand following this suffering very poor service quality

Well i would like to say this is the best ever scooter it charges well and works properly the looks is amazing and people do notice the best part i got caught 5 time and more but i said its an electric vehicle and they left me so no need of rc and licence

The car is very dirty and should not be taken.Their service in the showroom is also not good.The spare parts are not good.Chances of accidents are very high.They say in the showroom that the handle is not of good quality.

Very worst experience within 7 months i got problems like 2 times tyre issue, 2 times lights, Horn, Sidelight buttons issues, 1 time cable issue was stopped on the way taken 15 days & much times for parts change

I have okinawa praisepro already three years or 30000km completed we changed battery pack one of the good package to consider but the parts are so noisy 😅 sound like gad gad gad the parts are lossed
