Simply amazing

Simply amazing to drive! body on ladder built, Excellent nvh levels, Butter smooth steering, 175 horses, 370nm torque, 12 to 13 kmpl in city, 15 to 16 kmpl in highway at 120kmph and 17 to 18 kmpl at 80 - 90 kmph.Penta link suspension and watts linkage for added safety in cornering, Wider body, Taller however less taller than old scorpio gives advantage of better road grip and cornering, Added extra length gives a luxury feel for middle row passengers with extra leg room, Commanding driver seat position, Towering road presence, Sony speaker, Alexa, Adrenox and whatnot!!! you can keep going on and on about scorpio n.

Handling is very smooth.

Handling is very smooth. If you are used to hydraulic stearing then it need some time to get comfortable handling.Third row is useful for children on person below height of 5.5 ft.Pickup is very well. You will feel the power while driving. The suspension is also improved, Bodyroll is minimum. And have great driving experience with it.#bigdaddy.

Drive quality

The drive quality of this vehicle for this price range is something i would call the best and worth for money. The handling on rough patches are good, Suspension is a bit of harder side which we can expect in diesel variants.Over all scoripo n is worth for the money in-terms comfort, Ride quality and handling and high speed. Some down sides are there are no ac vents in third row and its not ment of adults. The suspension could be better and in automatic variants the usual mahindra lags are noticeable.

Engine performance and Mileage are supe

5.0

Engine performance is superior on both on and off road.Very quiet and powerful.Drove from pune to munnar.Highway mileage is superior in the segment.I got 18.7kmpl with cruise at 80kmph and driver seat ac on.Highly recommend z8 l diesel automatic 2 wd.Sensors are perfectly placed as they make turning and zipping through traffic much easier.Road presense is superb.Indeed feels like king of road.Improvements:1.Rear storage irregular when 3rd row is up.Storage space could have be been more.2.3rd row suspension is not good.3.When car is started, Same colour should come as an image in animation instead of white. Its more of personalizing.Should be easy to fix in software.

Driving experience

The driving experience of scorpio n was much more than expected.Scorpio really feels like a monster on the road while driving and gives a feeling of king. The suspension is too capable of consuming all the bumps of the road & does not let you feel much, Moreover the soft touches provided in the car gives it a luxury feel.Overall i found the car to be the best combining all its aspects highlighting the price point.
