Simply amazing

Simply amazing to drive! body on ladder built, Excellent nvh levels, Butter smooth steering, 175 horses, 370nm torque, 12 to 13 kmpl in city, 15 to 16 kmpl in highway at 120kmph and 17 to 18 kmpl at 80 - 90 kmph.Penta link suspension and watts linkage for added safety in cornering, Wider body, Taller however less taller than old scorpio gives advantage of better road grip and cornering, Added extra length gives a luxury feel for middle row passengers with extra leg room, Commanding driver seat position, Towering road presence, Sony speaker, Alexa, Adrenox and whatnot!!! you can keep going on and on about scorpio n.

Mahindra scorpio

Great performer a very smooth and strong powertrain are comes with mahindra scorpio n with excellent off roading capabilities. The build quality is great and is a premium and feature loaded seven seater suv.The safety features are outstanding and get high rating in crash test but the third row seating is not good. The performance is mind blowing and get advanced all wheel drive technology and the ground clearance is very good. The interior is very good with good ride and handling and look muscular. The dashboard feels very premium and get advanced technology.

Engine performance and Mileage are supe

5.0

Engine performance is superior on both on and off road.Very quiet and powerful.Drove from pune to munnar.Highway mileage is superior in the segment.I got 18.7kmpl with cruise at 80kmph and driver seat ac on.Highly recommend z8 l diesel automatic 2 wd.Sensors are perfectly placed as they make turning and zipping through traffic much easier.Road presense is superb.Indeed feels like king of road.Improvements:1.Rear storage irregular when 3rd row is up.Storage space could have be been more.2.3rd row suspension is not good.3.When car is started, Same colour should come as an image in animation instead of white. Its more of personalizing.Should be easy to fix in software.

Driving position

5.0

Driving position was commendable with a clear view of what is ahead of us.Less effort to steering wheel could make a swift turn. The layout inside slightly reminds me about the xuv 500 or is it only me who thinks about it here. The build is solid nothing much short from the 2.0 indian approach of the germans (vw &skoda). The split seats at third row would have given a much practicality approach. But since i have a family of 5 it doesn’t bother me much now for time being.I have preferred scorpio n over xuv 700 since rwd & 4*4 is a better b**g for the buck over fwd & awd especially when we live by the rural unethical mountain roads. The cabin composure is really good for the rwd.Mahindra has nailed it this time.We really need to give a hands off to mahindra our indian company to give a great rwd suv this time.
