Honda’s range of motorcycles and scooters for the Indian masses have always scored high on the reliability factor, and while this has been consistent with all their offerings till date, bikes like the CBF Stunner and the Aviator have received a special applause, mostly from their male aficionados’ for their great styling.
Both being sturdy and cost effective performers, even in the worst city riding conditions, the Honda Aviator and the CBF Stunner now get a bit more glamorous for the road, as Honda introduces an entire range of dual tone colour schemes and metallic paint jobs for both the models here in India.
The New Aviator will now be available in two new premium and refreshing colour options , namely Berry Purple and Sunbeam White, along with the three original colours that the scooter was launched with in 2008.
The new muscular metallic skin for the Aviator should blend well with the scooter’s overall build and tall boy stance. All other features on the freshly painted Aviator, like its signature front disc brake and comfortable KVTA seats will continue to come as standard on models featuring the new look.
The CBF Stunner on the other hand, has received some funky designer stripes in black, white and grey along with the logo on its front cowl, making the 125 cc sports machine look every bit its actual DNA. The stripes will accompany two new refreshing colours for the CBF Stunner, Candy Palm Green and Black, which add to the motorcycle’s existing two shades already on offer in the market.
The new graphics on the CBF Stunner are quite in sync with the bike’s otherwise sporty characteristics and with its existing power, superior initial acceleration & overtaking pickup abilities should prove to be a complete lower displacement sports machine for interested buyers here in India.
The splash of colours and shiny stickers on the new Honda Aviator and the CBF Stunner have had little effect on the ‘take away’ price being offered by Honda. The Honda Aviator in its new attractive paint-scheme will continue to sell for Rs. 45,300 - 50,400, while the Honda CBF Stunner with its sporty new decals will come in a Self-Disc-Alloy version for the same attractive price of Rs. 54,509 (Ex-Showroom, Delhi).
