Prices of the C5 Aircross, Citroen’s sole offering in India, have been increased by up to Rs 98,000. The premium midsize SUV is offered in two broad trims: Feel and Shine. Take a look at the revised variant-wise prices:
|
Trims |
Old Price |
New Price |
Difference |
|
Feel |
Rs 31.3 lakh |
Rs 32.24 lakh |
Rs 94,000 |
|
Feel Dual Tone |
Rs 31.8 lakh |
Rs 32.74 lakh |
Rs 94,000 |
|
Shine (Both Monotone and Dual tone) |
Rs 32.8 lakh |
Rs 33.78 lakh |
Rs 98,000 |

This is the second price revision for the C5 Aircross after the last update in November 2021. The rise in commodity and international freight costs are to be blamed for the latest price increase. Also, customers who booked their C5 Aircross in December were entitled to some exclusive benefits.

The C5 Aircross gets a host of standard features, and our detailed variant-wise comparison should bring you up to speed on them. In India, the SUV gets a 177PS 2-litre diesel engine, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and front wheel drivetrain.

Internationally, Citroen revealed the facelifted C5 Aircross with subtle updates that lend the SUV a classier look. We expect the updated model to be launched in India sometime in 2023. When it comes here, it will renew its rivalry with the VW Tiguan, Skoda Kodiaq, Jeep Compass, and other similarly priced SUVs like the MG Gloster, and Toyota Fortuner.
