Mercedes has launched the AMG E 53 4Matic+ Cabriolet in India. It’s the first AMG-badged performance E-Class convertible from Mercedes in the country.
Features of Mercedes-Benz AMG E 53 Cabriolet : The Mercedes-AMG E53 Cabrio is equipped with premium features such as a 590-watt, 13-speaker Burmester sound system with noise cancellation, dual 12.3-inch screens for inftoainment and driver’s instrumentation, a heads-up display (HUD) and a sound-insulating soft top. The top can be retracted in 20 seconds at speeds of up to 50kmph. For safety, the E 53 Cabriolet gets seven airbags, a pop-up roll bar and driver-assistance features such as adaptive cruise control and attention assist.
Mercedes-Benz AMG E 53 Cabriolet Engine : The Mercedes-AMG E53 Cabrio is powered by a 3-litre inline-six cylinder petrol engine that makes 435PS and 520Nm on its own. It’s paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox and a hybrid system that adds 22PS and 250Nm to the engine’s output. The combined performance is good enough for a 0-100kmph time of 4.5 seconds.
