    Yes, you need a license and registration in order to ride the Komaki Super. It is powered by a 48V lead-acid battery that holds a total charge of 350-500W. Komaki claims that the electric scooter has a range of 60km and a top speed of 30-37kmph. You do not need a license to ride a low-speed electric scooter where the top-speed is capped at 25kmph.
