Price: The Komaki Flora is available in a single variant priced at Rs 64,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). Buyers can choose from four colour variants: Jet Black, Sacramento Green, Garnet Red, and Steel Grey.
Features: The Komaki Flora boasts a fully digital instrument console that displays a speedometer, odometer readings and battery level indicator, among others. The scooter also offers cruise control for comfortable long rides and self-diagnosis for easy troubleshooting. The OTA (Over The Air) update capability ensures that your scooter stays up-to-date with the latest software updates. It also gets a regenerative braking system helps conserve battery life, while all-LED lighting enhances visibility. A cushioned pillion backrest provides passenger comfort. An 18-litre under-seat storage provides decent utility. Other notable features include keyless entry, hazard lamps, and a sound system equipped with Bluetooth connectivity and FM radio.
Motor: The Komaki Flora runs using a 3kW hub motor paired with a LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron phosphate) removable smart battery featuring app connectivity. A portable charger tops up the battery from 0-90 per cent in about 4 hours, while from zero to full, it takes about 4 hours and 55 minutes. The scooter offers three riding modes (Eco, Sport, and Turbo) with regen, providing varying levels of performance to suit different riding conditions. The claimed range of the Komaki Flora is between 80-100km.
Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: The Komaki Flora's suspension system includes a telescopic fork at the front and twin rear shock absorbers at the back. For braking, the scooter relies on a 270mm disc brake at the front, and a drum brake at the rear, supplemented by a Combined Braking System (CBS) for safety. The scooter rides on 10-inch alloy wheels wrapped with 90-section Ralco tubeless tyres, suited for city commuting.
Rivals: In terms of competition, the Komaki Flora competes against electric scooters like Kinetic Green Zing, Benling Falcon, and the base variant of Bounce Infinity E.1. However, within a similar price range, there are other choices in different genres, such as Ozotec Bheem and Kinetic Green E Luna.
