Kawasaki India launched the Z650 in India on May 26. Kawasaki Z650 India price is RS 5.94 lakh (ex-showroom), which is Rs 25,000 more than the BS6 Kawasaki Z650. At this price, the 2020 Kawasaki Z650 is the cheapest BS6 bike from the Japanese brand in India. The new bike gets revised styling with the inclusion of an LED headlight.
On the features front, the new Kawasaki bike gets a modern colour TFT unit, which adjusts for day or night riding. It even gets Bluetooth connectivity so you can hook up your phone to manage music playback, phone calls, and message alerts. Also, with the Rideology app the rider can also check various vehicle settings, get a log of the journey and even customise the display.
On the mechanical front the big news is that the 649cc parallel-twin motor is BS6 compliant and even bigger news is the fact that the power figure remains unchanged. As for rivals, it doesn’t have any
competition right now as the CF Moto 650NK and the Benelli TNT 600 have discontinued as they don’t meet the BS6 norms.
