  • The Kodiaq feels more plush, and luxurious. If your usage is primarily within the city, it will feel easier to drive as well. I'd say pick the Kodiaq if budget isn't a constraint. Coming to the Fortuner, it will fare better off-road. If that's something you intend of doing a whole lot, the Toyota will make more sense. Also, the Fortuner will have a slightly better resale value in the long run. For a short-ish time frame (of say 4-5 years) it won't make too much of a difference.
  • According to features kodiaq is better but in terms of performance, style and maintenance cost fortuner is way better
  • No doubt go for Kodiaq which is much far better then fortuner
