- Both the cars are good in their forte. The new Gurkha comes with the older 2.6-litre turbo-diesel motor and not the newer 2.2-litre diesel which the old car got in its last stages. However, the 2.6-litre motor has been upgraded to meet BS6 norms. Force also claims to have heavily reworked the motor to improve refinement and power. Although they have managed to bump up the power on this engine, it still makes a not-so-thrilling 91PS and 250Nm. This lack of versatility is evident in the way the new Gurkha tackles our roads too. At low speeds, the ride quality will surprise you with its plushness. The soft suspension has the ability to gulp the worst road imaginable and while doing so the suspension remains silent. Even for such a tall and heavy vehicle, side to side motion is well controlled. But tackle not so perfect roads at speeds above 50kmph and the Gurkha’s dynamic envelope falls apart. On the other hand, This mStallion petrol paired with the 6-speed auto box was the pick of the engine combinations we’ve experienced in the Thar. It’s smooth and refined in the city and packs a heck of a punch when you push the go pedal. There’s plenty of torque from the petrol motor too so though we didn't test it, it’s sure to perform just as amicably in the off-road environment as well. The Thar's appeal and promise to take you on great adventures is a big draw but living with it everyday will still ask you to make many compromises. As a second car or for those who just need the utility of the 4x4 the Thar’s appeal is undeniable. For a better understanding of compatibility and driving comfort, we would suggest you to take a test drive. - Yes driving sonet diesel IMT since one year. Driven 26k so far without any problems.
- For me, always Gurkha
- Selecting the right car would depend on several factors such as your budget preference on the segment, features required, cabin space, engine options, brand preference, etc. If you are looking for an SUV with extreme off-roading capabilities then Force Motors Gurkha would be a great pick. Force Motors Gurkha is currently available in a Diesel engine. The 2596 cc Diesel engine generates a power of 89.84bhp@3200rpm and torque of 250Nm@1400-2400rpm. On the other hand, Neo's promise is simple on purpose, offering go-anywhere ruggedness, with a compact sub-4m footprint that promises to be economical to own and maintain. Mahindra Bolero Neo is currently available in a Diesel engine. The 1493 cc Diesel engine generates a power of 100bhp@3750rpm and torque of 260nm@1750-2250rpm. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test drive before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership.

GurkhaForce compete
It surely the purpose built off road.It is amazing both in performance and looks. It feels good, And has one hell of a road presence. Its is the only car in market with manual differential locking ability.Love the color it comes in.The only issue is its too expensive. It is in the price range of harrier and compass. How can force compete in off road segment when the price of a purpose built off road car is as same as of mid range semi-luxury vehicles. Why so expensive force.

Tigor EVElectrifying Experience
Embracing the electric revolution I turned to the Tata Tigor EV. Its price range starting from about ₹12 lakh promised an eco friendly drive without burning a hole in the pocket. The electric motor claimed an ARAI certified range of up to 306 kilometers per full charge which sounded perfect for my city rides. The home charging unit was a convenient feature making overnight charging a habit. The lack of fast charging stations in my locality was another obstacle limiting the spontaneity of long drives.

Available in vibrant shades, I got my Tata Tigor EV at a very affordable price from a nearby showroom a few months back. It is black in colour, imparting an attractive and classy looks. It is a perfect accommodation for quite a lot passengers that means it is family-friendly. I have already taken my car for two trips and it has really been comfortable operating and driving this model.

Tigor EVGood car with all features
The boot space in Tata Tigor EV is good and the interior of this compact sedan is good but get hard plastic. The rear seat is great for the two passangers not for the three and gives really great comfort and the features in this compact sedan is good but the quality in some areas could be better. The clamied range is around 315 km but the real world range i am getting is around 200 to 250 km according to the drive conditions but the power is this car is less.

Tigor EVbrilliant car
first and foremost, am exceptionally glad to be a proprietor of Tata Tigor EV. Some were blissful and some were frustrated. it's a decent EV Vehicle for a city because of restricted mileage with traffic and not smooth driving. On lengthy Drives With 75% battery utilization, you get 145km to 160km without forceful driving and no ending traffic. Outside charging is costly, I have driven 22000km in under 2 years however set aside cash when contrasted with diesel and petroleum vehicles and I get a similar solace. I had driven by and large around south India with arranged courses for charging stations ahead of time and never disapproved of the vehicle yet in the city, I dealt with an issue with HV Ready Mistake threefold, Tata organized to get my vehicle and they took my vehicle and corrected it. The Tata helpline has no arrangements other than working with just taking your vehicle to a help station and all obligations are on the seller to support, the vendor is overwhelmed with vehicles for administration he has no chance to test drive.

Tigor EVperhaps the biggest milestone in e-mobility
However, perhaps the biggest milestone in e-mobility that is likely to grab heavy market share in the near future will be India’s most affordable electric car Tata Tigor EV launched late last year and which is celebrated as a stylish vehicle with large interiors that offers a comfortable ride. Be it the entry level or the executive variant, the recently launched Tata Tigor EV has redefined affordability in terms of electric vehicle market. With a 213 km claimed range, it appears that the compact sedan does not support long journeys under real-world conditions due to its limited distance, which would take on values of only 150 – 18km. Most charging times, that is especially with an ordinary AC-charge, are also time consuming. Some of the mentioned shortcomings includes safety attributes and this includes a lap belt meant for front middle seat passenger and also lack of ESC.
