Q. Himalayan or 390 Adv for daily commute and weekend getaways? I am not sure of 390 adv as I mostly ride in city and wont do high speeds. main concern on Himalayan is reliability and tube tyres. please advice.
  • On which Himalayan or 390 adv??
  • Both are good bike & both are not made for daily commuting. Check some other lighter bike for daily commuting. Out of these 2 bikes, Himalayan is much better than KTM 390 Adv in every aspect other than speed.
  • I had used for regular office commute. Very easy to zip through the city traffic. You will not feel the weight of the vehicle even in very tight traffic. I had done a 2300 km road trip in a 7 day trip. Absolutely no issues. No back pain..

  • Yes Himalayan has a comfortable riding
  • Yes Himalayan is heavier than Xpulse by 40-45 kgs. But off road skills of Himalayan are amazing.
  • No idea about comparison, but the Himalayan so far is the perfect for off roading. it's probably made with off roading in mind. thought it slips n skids on plain roads on sudden braking, but never on the rouugh terrain.
