Driving experience

Driving experience is awesome.The car is a beast.Engine is powerful and the mileage i am getting is 25 kmpl in eco mode, 18 kmpl in sports mode and 22 kmpl in city mode.Service cost of all tata vehicles is high compared to other cars in the segment but definitely worth it.Build quality is nothing to talk about when it comes to tata.

Major upgrade

Nexon, It is indeed a major upgrade from the tata's stable.Holds the road very well.I have an amt version which is relaxed driving, But at times miss the geared version to drive.There are 3 modes to drive, Which is bespoke to individual taste to maneuver, Eco, City and sports.Ofcouse the sports mode is the best, As in adds the addrenaline of power.

Tata nexon - my car is been a part of my life.Performance of it is simply superb.Well built with all the necessary safety measures we feel safe in traveling with our car.It's mileage being 16-18 kmpl range with overall solid performance performance.

Steering weighs

The car is very comfortable for long journeys, Ride quality is good on bad patches and on high ways straight stability is very good and also it corners well.The steering weighs up nicely as speed increases and in sport mode, You will get the instant pickup.I am getting overall milage of 15kmpl.

Must Read Questions & Answers Before Buying Nexon 2017-2020

Q. I know that there are manual & AMT models in Nexon. My question is, that I have Tata Nexon XZ version, when there are no AMT model in the initial months. Is there a scope to convert the existing manual to AMT and what it cost?
  • No option is there
  • Yes it can be converted but its not worth it because The performance will not be as good as the company fitted stock automatic version. And I will not suggest you to go for automatic conversion because in Manual transmission you get better power and performance and better coordination of gear and engine.
Q. My daily usage is 66 kms and 2-3 long drives a year which is approx 4k kms. i am confused between petrol and diesel xza options. i have not driven xza yet but amaze cvt was very promising. i sold i20 thinking off automatic. please suggest if i should buy diesel or petrol also manual or automatic - Nexon?
  • Performance of Tata Nexon is brilliant its one of the best car in the segment in terms of power Torque Build quality durability reliability ground clearance. everything is just perfect with awesome entertainment system. Go for Petrol version for better reliability and long term uses. XZA and XZA+ will be very good
  • Go for deisel varient of XZA+ nexon
