BluArmor Unveils All-New Helmet Intercom Range For 2026

BluArmor has launched five new helmet intercoms: the C10, C40, C60, C60+, and C60 Pro – covering everything from basic rider-to-rider connectivity to massive groups. Across the board, all devices support voice commands, app control, and connectivity with other BluArmor intercoms. Bookings open on April 15, with deliveries starting from 20 April 2026.

BluArmour C10

The C10, priced at Rs 4,999 (introductory price Rs 3,499), is the most affordable option here, but it still does more than just the basics. You get 1-to-1 rider communication with a claimed range of up to 1.2km, HD voice, music sharing, support for both primary and secondary phones. It also gets the latest Bluetooth 5.3 and even an IP67 dust-and-water resistance rating. Battery life is rated at a claimed 13 hours, and it supports mesh-based audio and calls running together, though it’s clearly aimed at simpler use cases.

BluArmour C40

Move to the C40, priced at Rs 12,999 (introductory Rs 8,999), and the jump is significant. This one supports mesh intercom for up to 20 riders and also adds cloud-based connectivity, meaning you’re not limited by physical range alone. You can also share action camera audio; along with group music sharing, private calls, and even record conversations. Safety features like crash detection are included, and audio quality gets an upgrade with better tuning, stronger bass, and improved noise reduction. Battery life goes up to around 20 hours, and things like magnetic mounting and extra lighting features can be added later.

BluArmour C60 Range

The C60 range C60 at Rs 15,999 (Rs 10,999 introductory) and C60+ at Rs 18,999 (Rs 12,999 introductory) removes the group size limit for mesh communication, so you can connect as many riders as needed. They also bring in more control over how audio is handled, including mixing different audio sources. Over the C40, it gets features like visibility alerts, engine braking alerts, and hazard lights – but not included out of the box.

At the top sits the C60 Pro, priced at Rs 24,999 (Rs 14,999 introductory). It comes fully loaded out of the box with magnetic mounting, deceleration alerts, built-in hazard lighting, and configurable lighting modes. It also bundles a wireless controller, and adds a 3.5mm audio output option. All the safety features that are optional on the lower C60 models come standard here.
