Q. Which car is better Duster or XUV-500?

They are at two different price points and not comparable in my view. Duster tops at 15 odd lacs and XUV500 goes up to 21! Duster is more rugged but underpowered in my view. The new XUV 500 is powerful but is delicate around rough terrain, its more a big car than an SUV. XUV is definitely more fun to drive, more feature loaded, much better road presence and more space for sure. But also almost 5 lacs more at every variant and not as much of a resale value post 3-5 years of ownership so if you have the money to burn get it. If you are more price conscious.. go for the Duster.

Now a days new model of xuv500 is good ,xuv has long list of features so u wont miss out in any of the features,,,but if u look for prices ,,then it has around 5lac difference, .Duster is a great car. Starting at 10lac,,nice to drive big wheels,, sold in many big countries snd good customers,numbers,.if u dont have budget problem go for xuv w16 u get all the features,

Xuv is 7 seater and Duster is 5 seater. Xuv is 2100cc and Duster is 1500cc. So, both the cars are very different and there is no comparison between the two
