Ns160 has bajaj's own engine whereas Ns200 has ktm derived engine. Ns160 is an aircooled engine whereas Ns200 is liquid cooled engine.Ns200 as it has more displacement the power and torque output is much higher than Ns160 but the mileage has to be compromised. Ns160 has kickstart and self where as Ns200 only has self start.
