Yamaha Aerox 155 is one of the quickest scooters in the segment. It is very powerful and aggressive. It is powered by a 155cc engine which makes 15PS. The Aerox 155 rolls on 14-inch tyres sprung on a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. With a 790mm seat height and 126kg kerb weight, it is fairly accessible too. Its ground clearance, though, is a bit low at 145mm. For the braking process, the Aerox employs a 230mm disc up front along with a 130mm drum brake at the rear. All these specs make it a great option for long rides and the ergonomics are pretty good as well.

Even though Yamaha India is calling it a maxi-scooter, the Aerox is more of a sporty scooter that’s halfway between a step-through and a scooter. Powering the Aerox 155 is the R15 v3-derived 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled 4-valve engine, which makes 15PS and 13.9Nm in this guise. It is 3.25PS and 0.3Nm lower than the R15 v3 but that's still enough to make it the most powerful scooter currently in India. Q. Can we install pillion grab rail & pillion ladies footrest in Aerox 155?

Yes you can but you should not. Company will no provide any grab rail or pillion footrest not even a crash gurd. You have to put it from after market and every after market accessories are faulty for aerox it can even damage your chassis.
