Q. I have heard complaints about royal Enfield Classic 350 BS4, peoples are complaining about quality as compared to BS III standards. and I am planning to buy this motorcycle please let me know the truth whether this is worthy or not and buying a Signals is a better choice by paying 10000 extra please update the truth guys.

I bought new bike just before 14 days, and today is 9th April 2021. But there is a big problem in gears of my bike. I went to Royal Enfield, Kharar, mohali (Manmohan) Egency. Ohh i went there twice to get those gear fix, but still I am getting same problem. First time one of your guy said, we will fix it on first service (then why don't you sell bikes after first service only) , but still on same day he showed me that he has fixed cluch and on second time he again fixed cluch. But problem is still there. One more thing, engine oil was very low when I bought new bike. Then I bought engine oil from outside and put it in bike by myself. I spent 150 on that too. I am very disappointed from your services. I ll never recommend anyone buying Royal Enfield bike now. To be very honest, I expected much better. Don't buy! Major issue: Tank life is hardly 3 yrs. And it's non- repairable. Cost 9000₹ Rim can't take wait of the bike... In every service you'll have to pay for alignment and then after 2-3 years same needs to be replaced. And many more! Do not buy.... RE is just a name... Nothing else. My bike is in Cruiser Motors Royal Enfield, Delhi from last 3 weeks. No action taken by management even after 10-11 reminders. N it's a manufacturing fault still they want customer to pay. Definitely you can if you wish to have this brand , but BS4 has lots of issues like you wont know when what will happen because now there is a upgraded version with ABS which is lighter than the original performance wise its a good bike but you should keep an eye on your wires and vibration issues which is very high early start should be a kick start or else you will face miss firing issues chain needs to be maintained. OVER ALL its mainting a elephant in the mist of the city. for a show piece you can surely have it just locally used or on a weekend drive or for a long drive you would enjoy it but for city limits its not suitable.
