I own Xpulse for 1year and 5 months.I live in coastal area,so you can imagine how easily bike can catch rust in our area.I have not faced rusting problem on my xpulse on rims or any engine parts.Front brake problem was solved by dealer as ABS unit was replaced free of cost by them.Now brakes works just fine.But Engine is not refined like Hero bikes and paint is chipping off from Engine.So they have compromised on paint quality of engine.But Bike is a blast on off roads.You can just stand and undulations will disappear .But in highway above 80 km/hr it starts to vibrate a lot.

@zigwheel i bought my Xpulse 200 4v in a month of March and now Xpulse showing too much issue also spare parts are not available in service center, nowdays i am totally exhausted with Xpulse. In just 4 month block piston, valve rocker arm lock set meter fuel pump changed. In my experience worst bike ever also worst service.

No problem in the bike. There is superb comfort and handelling. Mileage in long ride at approx 75-80 kmph is 40. Braking is also good. Rusting is common in nearly all bikes. Go for it without doubt. I have driven it more than 5600 kms in 3 and half months.

Please don't buy. You will struggle after raiding around 5k km. It will stop somewhere. Wherever you will be. 2 times break down happened to me once 160km away and 78 km away. Struggle man

No issues till now.Till now I completed 3500 km ride. Engine heating issue is there but it is. Gradually decreases from first service to second service
