Correct speed correct gear. 1 gear for initial movement . 2nd gear till 20 kmph , 3rd gear till 40 kmph , 4th gear till 60 kmph , 5th gear 70 kmph - 80 kmph , 6th gear above 80 kmph - ? . For fuel saving we have to monitor 1.Air pressure , Front 32 psi , Rear 36 psi ,2.Every 1000 km engine oil should be topped up in INT 650 .3.In signals engine should to shut down. 4. Important Every 200 km - 250 km chain lubricant should be applied if needed it should be cleaned (Must). 5.Wash the oil cooler every week . 5.Ensure the disk brake clearance every day (Manually). 6. Park the bike in shadow. Have a safe ride.

Riding for mileage will take off the fun element in riding and can be detrimental to the health of the bike in the long run. A bike like this is not focused on mileage and neither should the owner be. I suggest you ride in a way that you enjoy the vehicle. You can still expect around 24KPL litre.

@ Mohammed | Ok I have a doubt, why do we need to topped up the engine oil every 1000 km?

The service interval of INT 650 is 10,000 the company advise to inspect the oil level every 1000 km if decrease in oil level top up required. Persons who rides in extreme ridung modes Or in sporty way may have oil evaporating. So top required.

Yes fuel indicator reading in INT 650 2019 models are not precise. I have no idea on 2020 models. We have refuel according to km driven. It shows empty position quickly RE should replace it.

Don't worry about mileage & just take care of the machine during the run in period. Changing gears at lower rpm & driving at higher gear at lower speeds may give better fuel efficiency but would adversely affect the engine so be careful & just be gentle with your new bike & let all the moving parts settle during the initial 2k kms

I normally ride with my hearing tuned to the engine note. The rpm counter is also indicative of whether you're over revving the engine in a lower gear. I find I change to a higher gear faster and at a slightly lower rpm than 2500. This bike is a long geared bike, so she'll pull beautifully from 2500rpm upwards.

I am shocked, of one point, do we need to top-up engine oil every 1000km ?, This sound wiered, r we using motorbike or old benz lorry ?
