Q. Does Honda Hornet 2.0 has oil leakage problem from filler cap? Does it have gear problem also,please reply?

As of now, we haven't encountered any such issue with the Honda Hornet 2.0. Moreover, the 184cc single-cylinder air-cooled mill on the Hornet 2.0 comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The shifts are smooth and and the clutch action is good too. You can run the bike in higher gears in the city effortlessly. Even zipping past traffic doesn’t require much effort although you might have to downshift sometimes to get the move done. I have had mutiple issues regarding ABS, speedometer and yes, oil leak. Service centre said I needed new sensors but it has been two weeks and they haven't contacted me. But during this time both the ABS and speedometer have started working again. I had the oil leak issue fairly recently but due to the poor support from the authorised service centre, I'm more inclined towards getting it fixed from a local mechanic. It's been hardly 5 months and less than 1300km. Not the kind of quality you would expect from Honda especially considering the price( bikes in the similar price range offer a lot better features)

I have Honda Hornet 2.0 and I am facing both the issues. Now because of this oil leakage cylinder piston is also damaged and service center is keeping my bike since last 10 days but till now they have not received the parts from the company. Pathetic!!!!!
