    No, a single cylinder engine can not be modified to a twin cylinder engine. Moreover, we would suggest you exchange your words with the authorised service center regarding the compatibility for adding whole twin cylinder unit to the bike and you need to take permission from RTO for such modification in order to registered in the RC. Check out authorised dealership details.
