Aprilia SR 160

Although i don't often ride scooters, I must admit that the aprilia sr pleasantly surprised me.The bike is simple to control and offers a comfortable ride.Although i'm not very knowledgeable about bikes, I discovered that the brakes and suspension were both comfy.Although the bike is available in a variety of colours, I thought the matte black finish looked best.The bike has a sleek, Athletic style that i believe would be appealing to many individuals.Overall, The aprilia sr is absolutely worth looking into if you're in the market for a scooter.

The SR is Aprilia's most economical offering in India. It uses the hardware and design aesthetic of its storm siblings. The Aprilia SR may be distinguished from other vehicles by its 12-inch alloy wheels, which are shod with knobby vee rubber tyres. The scooter also has a tough graphic design that gives it a unique appearance. In order to keep costs down, Cbs uses drum brakes at both ends to provide stopping force. With the bs6 upgrade, Aprilia has notably included a front disc brake as an option.

I am 6 feet 3 inches tall, Therefore the sr150's riding experience is extremely fantastic for me.The large, Wide tyres offer excellent grip and also contribute to the rider's increased confidence.The fuel usage is a concern for me because i've done most of my city driving, But it's nothing compared to how well it performs and how quickly it gets me where i'm going! although occasionally tacky, The abs are acceptable.Due to its stiff suspension, Riders sometimes have problems riding, But this scooter is the best for solo use.No matter what, It never departs from the road.From the strength to the presence on the road to the confidence it bestows.

The performance of the vehicle is so good and what i love in this is the design it is the most stylish scooter.

Is it possible from any corner that a 5 months old scooter of rs.1, 75, 000/- included all be problematic with excel which explained me by dealer and service centre of aprilia sr 160 at agartala as on 20/01/2023.

Before getting into details on the bike just one point, Bought the bike from space motors andheri west, Mumbai on 7th june, 2022, Still not have received the rc book after 120 days.Escalated issue with aprilia head office pune and the dealer.Not a positive experience in terms of closing the issue and taking responsibility as i believe i had paid for the rto fees before delivery.Aprilia pune is having a tough time to reach out to their higher authorities, They are trying since the last 2 days.Aprilia bike is smooth, However not for indian roads, As gaps between gutter lids and road too much, Wheel gets stuck.Had 3 horrific experiences when i landed between the gaps, Which normally bikes tide over but aprilia needs to do work on suspension to manage these conditions.Mileage very low, Fuel gauge faulty from day 1.Bike is smooth in terms of transmission, Glides on slopes, Higher altitude, Very good feel.Suspension work is critical and so is the fuel gauge which shows zero fuel on indicator even though bike is half full.

I bought aprilia 160 sr from bhawani auto more than two years ago and today i am selling this scooter after only 1300 kms!!! the good point is that this vehicle is powerful and the pick up and speed is awesome but i am v disappointed with the after sales service and the service centres the petrol indication is confusing and the fuel pump got damaged v fast.Had to pay approx five thousand for itthe battery was faulty and the bhawani people got it replaced in the second month itself as i threatened themlesson learnt::: do not go for looks and speed…the service centres and staff need to be looked into as well1.25 lakhs gone and i sold it for 70k.

its a nice scooter in shape but its actually a beast in nature. never come take this for having thw experience of riding a scooter, even though it looks like ine its actually a bike. The way you sit and all is just like riding a bike. it has best pickup among all scooters. it easily maneuverable through traffic. its so confident to take it through corners without getting hesitating.
