Kawasaki Ninja 500

Kawasaki has launched the new 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500 in India. It now costs Rs 5,000 more than before at Rs 5,29,000 (ex-showroom).

The Ninja 500 now gets an updated graphic and remains mechanically unchanged.

Price: The Ninja 500 is available in a single variant in a single Metallic Spark Black colour. It gets a price tag of Rs 5,24,000 (ex-showroom).

Features: In terms of features, the bike comes equipped with an LED headlight with projector for the low beams and reflective LED for high beams lighting all around. It gets a 5-inch TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity.

Engine: The Kawasaki Ninja 500 has the same 451cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine as the Eliminator, which delivers 45.4PS at 9000rpm and 42.6Nm at 6000rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slip-and-assist clutch.

Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: Underpinnings include a trellis frame, a telescopic fork (120mm wheel travel) and a preload-adjustable monoshock (130mm wheel travel). Braking duties are handled by a 310mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS. It comes fitted with 110-section front and 150-section rear Dunlop Sportmax GPR-300 tyres. It has a seat height of 785mm and a kerb weight of 171kg.

Rivals: The Kawasaki Ninja 500 directly competes against the Aprilia RS 457, which is Rs 1.14 lakh cheaper than the Ninja.
