About Ford Figo

The Ford Figo has always been the sporty choice in its segment. And this time around, Ford has dialled up the performance by introducing two new and more powerful petrol engines along with a new manual gearbox in the lineup. The new 1.2-litre petrol has been borrowed from the Aspire, whereas the 1.5-litre petrol motor is the same unit which powers the EcoSport. The latter comes with a 6-speed torque converter while the smaller petrol motor comes mated to the new Getrac-sourced 5-speed manual. The 1.5-litre diesel engine though has been retained, but now, it also comes with the new 5-speed manual transmission. Ford has replaced the older S variant with a new flagship Titanium Blu variant which gets bigger 15-inch alloy wheels, blacked out elements and stiffer suspension setup.

Ford Figo Overview

Ford has announced that it will stop manufacturing the Figo and its other models from its Chennai and Sanand plants. However, the model will remain on sale until dealer stocks run out.

    Hi! this is rugvedh.I own a ford figo car.In hatchback segment the most i like is this car which i've owned.The intial pickup of my car is the thing i like the most in my car.A large number of indian customers and commuters prefer mileage and safety.My car fuel economy is around 21kmpl, Which is ok for my daily driving.Despite ford left india there is full access for service centers which i liked.Disappointingly, This ford motor company follows monopoly system for spares.In this case the spare parts and accessories of cars became very expensive in service centers.By evaluating overall experience my car offers a good experience and i feel safe while driving.
