Very bad experience with ola.These people just sell the scooter with false marketing.There is no service back up available.If there is any break down it will take months to repair.Please don't buy.

Worst scooter to buy ola s1 air.Scooter stopped on the road 6 times from the date 18 september till date.Ola should refund money or change scooter as service centre is also saying there are no parts to repair the scooter and they cant understand the problem.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! my scooter is not charging and they are telling it’s not covered in warranty! and customer service is so pathetic! it took me 3 days to book an appointment because they don’t have a proper platform.Please don’t buy!.

Extremely bad experience.Vehicle stopped just after running 5 kms on the very day on which i took the delivery.My continuous efforts to get support from service team also failed as no one is attending the complaint even after almost 3 days.
