Horrible experience! my scooter is not charging and they are telling it’s not covered in warranty! and customer service is so pathetic! it took me 3 days to book an appointment because they don’t have a proper platform.Please don’t buy!.

I own an Ola S1 Air, and it's a completely faulty product. It stopped working after just 25 kilometers of riding. I feel like my money has been wasted. My advice is not to buy Ola, as they sell defective products.

Nowadays, All people prefering the electric vehicles rather than other types of fuel Vehicles. Because it is cost effective and Also do not make Noise pollution. I Also do not like high noise of petrol vehicle so i bought Ola s1 Air 1 months ago. I used ola for daily travelling for my home to college. Ola s1 Air is very comfortable for seating and Riding long distance. Leagues is Also very big so i can carry so many book & helmet or other items very easily. The riding Range claimed by company is 151 km per charge but i got 101 km. It more than enough for me.
