Battery was totally waste.13 times given for service which includes 1 time sent to factory in hyderabad.Second time also sent and waiting for 1.5months still not arrived.With current condition can travel 20~25kms only.After then we need to push the vehicle untill charging station.Customer care number given but even if you call 1000 times none pick up the call.Official website is having grievances number and it also same like customer care number.Pure is more focusing om sales not in service.Now new scheme is on going for exchange offers with additional cost.Battery within warranty but they don't want to replace it even after 13 times given for service.Rest of china fittings are ok since i used this just 7000 kms.50% post to purchase i am keeping the vehicle as idea without battery since it gone to service and take months to get back.

Suspension should be lot better, Paint job gets started flaking around a year of usage need to paint the whole chassis again in comparison to honda which i own didn't needed to paint even after 8 yrs of service.Battery issues are always frightening and constant fear of vehicle non relaibility is their no solid solution of battery voltage drops till now facing problems and even did everything as told like to give 2-3 hrs rest before and after charging to so called cell balancing don't know what company are they running.Bottom line battery is the only biggest issue faced not a great relaible vehicle to be driven.

I purchased the top modal of the pure ev vehicle in approximately 92, 000/- a few months back.It stopped working even before the 1st free service.After calling support at ahmedabad dealer - harshesh bikes, They asked to bring a 'not working' vehicle to the store to get repaired.I am still not sure what's the fault is, But, I feel my 90k is wasted completely.I recommended everyone - please not to buy this or any other china/india made electric vehicles.Do only if you wish to waste your hard-earned money.

Don't buy this bike i am facing a lock set problem for 3 months still not been resolved.Poor customer care they don't have spares.The service center will not service your bike properly they give your bike as it is without servicing the bike.If you call the service center they will say the factory is not responding if you call the factory they say we will not do anything service center is responsible for one.I request new customer don't buy this eplito company scooter waste of money.

I am suffering from battery problem and the battery is with the workshop from last 4 months

This is the ford vehicle in the india most corrupt dabba vehicle don't buy they will have don't have service centres properly they don't support you waste bike in this world

This is the worst product i have seen.Product quality is very cheap and the battery has a major issue of voltage drop, Which means the battery decrease performance frequently.After 6 months battery gives 50 to 60 km mileage only.There is no support from the company or showroom.Switches and charging cables of scooters and charger burns very frequently.The staff behavior of the delhi service center specially dilshad garden/nirmal vihar is very rude.So i recommended to don't buy it.

One of worst ev i have seen, Mileage they said 100 kms under mode 3 but not even once i got that and more over i had an issue with original battery but rotational battery was given and i have issue with tat battery also.As showroom owner promised me in future the issue will be resolved but the words were not kept as said.And vehicle top speed is 58 with single person if two persons are on it and if you are driving in any hill road it won't move on.

It has been 5 months since i own pure epluto 7g.I was thrilled to have indian make e vehicle but my excitement went in vain just in a day.Pros: good looks, A copy of vespa though, Suspension was good, Smooth performance.Cons: cheap body, Poor battery back up, Mileage was not attractive, Insufficient boot space which is not suitable to store a helmet also, Poor after sale service and support.

I have faced issues with spare parts as well.And my battery was sent to company for service and it was not given back till now.No proper services are provided.No response from the service center or the company.Pls don't buy this vehicle.

This scooter is not good.Battery gets out of order.Comapany seevice number does no work neither on call centre nor any number.Poor service and no service centre available excwpt only two.Ine delaer elegant automobile run away.

If you looking for personal ride or for family with two members and if you living in hilly areas with cutting road and with perfect range then this is perfect for you.Just need month to month service and then it's perfect.
