Your MG Can Now Be Fumigated And Dry Washed At Your Residence Itself

MG India has moved a step further in terms of safety protocols and social distancing by announcing a bunch of new contactless services at the customer’s doorstep.

To make things easier for the customer by reducing unnecessary visits to the dealership, MG now offers services such as car sanitization and fumigation, car dry wash, general car check-up, as well as small fitments and repairs. These services will add on to existing contactless services from MG such as V Phy, an audio-guided demonstration of the dealership, and MG’s online car sales platform, offered by the carmaker under the ‘MG CARE at Home’ initiative. 

Gaurav Gupta, Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President, MG Motor India, said “Our aim is to offer our customers the assurance and services at the comfort of their homes in the New Normal. While social distancing and required norms are adhered to on-site, the staff undergoes an additional layer of check prior to visiting the customers’ homes. This initiative is in addition to various other contactless programs introduced by MG like MG V Phy – a voice-guided audio demonstration at our dealerships and a digital suite of experiences for online car purchase.” 

Portable equipment will be used to carry out all these services at your home. Customers can book these services through the MG Care phone app.
